Basic Rates
|
With full 4-course breakfast and private bath, rate is $165 per night, double occupancy in the Cherrywood Room. We regret an invitation cannot be extended to young children or pets. Rates do not include 7% Maine lodging tax. Rates and Policies are subject to change. | |

Reservations
|
Two night minimum stays are required between June and October. We are only considering reservations from quests who have stayed with us previously and that is limited as well. |

Deposit
|
We gladly accept your personal check, but we do not honor credit cards. Receipt of the value of a single night stay confirm your reservation. The balance of your stay is due at checkin. For stays 5 days or longer, a 50 % payment of stay is required. Reservations will be held for 5 days awaiting receipt of your deposit. | |

Cancellation Policy
|
Reservations will be held until 5 p.m. unless notified of late arrival. Deposits will be refunded when notified 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, less a $15 service fee. Sorry, no refunds for inclement weather or early departures. | |

Rescheduling Policy
|
Reservations that are rescheduled with less than 14 days notice, forfeit deposit. We will be pleased to apply your deposit to a future visit, if we were able to rebook the room which was canceled. Otherwise, rebooking a new reservation will require an additional deposit. | |

The Inn is appropriate for children school age and older.
Sorry, Misty, our Beagle, will not allow other pets at the Inn. She is
very shy and we adore her! Misty has been happily greeting guests of Woodland
Gardens since we opened in the winter of 1997. She has fans all over the
world and receives mail and gifts regularly.
