Some highlights of the details; » The apartment is suited for one person to be quite comfortable. » Your ground level 24 ft. by 24 ft. apartment has total privacy all year. » This full kitchen is complete with; Amana refrigerator, GE microwave and GE gas range. » With the exeption of telephone, all utilities and heat, are include. Other than phone, you will have no utility deposits or "services" to activate. » Cable television is also included. Verizon DSL internet connection is available but not included. » Private parking for your apartment. » There are four rooms; full bath with shower, full kitchen, living - dining area and bedroom. The large shower is 4 ft. wide with a seat. There are 2 garment closets and 1 linnen closet. » Forced hot water heat with your individual thermostat. » Shared laundry facilities are available one day per week on a somewhat regular schedule. For example - Tuesdays or Saturdays. » The newly ceated apartment must remain smoke free. » As much as we love pets, our Beagle Misty, has chosen not to share her house with other pets. |
