"Look
girls...the guests are waiting. I need just two more eggs"

Our resident Barred Rock hens reward us daily with large
jumbo eggs for the best tasting omelets; and our large vegetable garden
provides many of the ingredients used in our recipes, such as tomatoes,
peppers, parsley, chives, Maine blueberries, and juicy
cantaloupe for breakfasts out of this world! Our kitchen is the heart of activity, where fancy homespun breakfasts are prepared for your enjoyment. Gourmet breakfasts include coffee, flavored teas, home made apple jelly, fresh juices, the freshest fruit, and home made granola. Hot entrees like applesauce crepes, cherry blintzes, stuffed French toast with apricot sauce drizzle, and eggs benedict are but a few of the hot entrees you can expect to find at Woodland Gardens. |

And of course our table is ever changing with beautiful table linens, antique dishes, fine china and stylish stoneware making our breakfasts a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Welcoming snacks are set out late afternoon with cold spring water and iced tea in warm weather. When it's cold, steeped Earl Gray and herbal teas, hot cocoa or mulled apple cider help to keep guests warm and pampered.
